I now have  bigger ambitions in terms of knowing I still need to work  on things, but part of my why is to have a high performing  team, and that can be applied to wider and wider teams.

Specific examples of changes: being comfortable with  difficult conversations, speaking much more directly,  being on time for pipeline meetings, realising that pulling  different levers for people (reporting line, where they sit,  clarity of their role) can make a positive difference.

Over a yearlong engagement with Christophe, I went through a journey with a start, middle and resolution. The start was understanding – based on interviews with stakeholders — what it was that I could do differently
